1. Description of Services VIR Marketing LLC provides the BarberScale IQ platform, including the ShopScore™ assessment tool and related software applications, marketing insights, and communication systems (collectively, the "Service").

SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases By affirmatively checking the optional consent box on our web forms and providing your phone number, you explicitly agree to receive SMS text messages from VIR Marketing LLC regarding your ShopScore assessment, operational account updates, and promotional offers. Consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or service.

3. Instructions to Opt-Out ('Text STOP') You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, simply reply or text STOP to the number from which you received the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-register.
